Cotronics® Rescor® 310M Foam is composed of over 99% pure fused Silica Ceramic and withstands temperatures to 1650°C.
310 Ceramic Foam features low thermal expansion, high thermal shock resistance, low thermal conductivity and high thermal reflectance.
It is resistant to oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, molten metals, steam, corrosive gases, most acids, chemicals and solvents. Does not contain organics and will not out-gas in vacuum atmospheres. White Hot, 1000°C, Ceramic Foam parts can be immersed in water without cracking.
Rescor® 310M is easily cut, sawed and drilled. Can produce highly detailed parts with unique properties suitable for many applications.

Rescor® 310M Machinable ceramic
Cotronics Rescor® 310M is a machinable ceramic block.
It has a very low thermal expansion and conductivity.
It is resistant to severe thermal shock up to 1650°C. It is composed of fused Silica Ceramic.
This product is available in 110 x 150 x 220mm, 110 x 230 x 300mm and 110 x 300 x 450mm.
