Thread lockers
Cotronics® offers a range of Resbond® 907TS thread lockers. This single-component product is a gel so does not drip. It secures nuts and threads, seals piping, and reduces and absorbs vibrations.
This product meets your most demanding specifications when it comes to sealing and is very easy to use: just apply it to the relevant parts and leave it to work.
The material contains no organic binders that can be destroyed by heating. It can be used up to around 1100 °C. It is used in boilers, boilers, tanks, heat exchangers, chemical reactors, and more.
This is a mildly hygroscopic liquid product. Hardening occurs at room temperature through a chemical reaction. If you are in a hurry, you can accelerate its preparation by heating it (maximum 80°C).
It polymerises at room temperature and forms electrically insulating joins that are chemically resistant and stable at high and low temperatures: it withstands between -180°C and 1100°C. Even at these extreme temperatures, it does not decompose, and retains its adhesive and securing capabilities.

Packaged in a 120 g applicator bottle, it is waste free and one bottle can contain more than 2,000 applications. It adheres perfectly to metals, glass and ceramics. It penetrates the smallest porosity and ensures excellent electrical insulation. Ideal for securing nails, rivets, nuts, pipes, threads, and more.
Applications
- 907TS Green: Small screws, tight fits, very low clearance, instrumentation
- 907TS Blue: Medium screw, bolts, pipe threadings
- 907TS Red: Large screw, piping, dowels, bearings
- 907TS Gold: Difficult applications, flanges, nuts, piping, bolts
- 507TS Gel: Epoxy/Teflon bi-component, limited to 260°C
