03/ PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In the context of the operation of the website https://www.final-materials.com/, FINAL ADVANCED MATERIALS collects and processes data relating to yourselves. Job applications: Identification data: name, forename, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number. Professional data: CV, supporting letter, qualifications, training, professional experience and names of previous employers. 

Contact form: Identification data, professional data and contact data: title, name, forename, e-mail address, name of organization, SIRET number, telephone number, postal address, website address, subject of messages, correspondence exchanged, date and time of messages; Identification data: name, forename, e-mail address; Contact data: subject of messages, correspondence exchanged. 

Statistics, cookies and other trackers: Connection data: pages viewed by the user, data and time of viewing, geographical location, source of connection (social media, search engine, partner website, directory). 

04/ TERMS OF CONSERVATION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  • FINAL ADVANCED MATERIALS will save your personal data in a secure environment only for such time as is necessary for the execution of the purposes for which said data has been collected, or for the maximum term of conservation provided by applicable legislation in France. 
  • Management of requests submitted on the contact form; data will be saved for the time required for the processing of your request. 
  • Audience measurement and customization of websites, mobile applications and management of cookies: a maximum of thirteen (13) months; (see COOKIES) 
  • Newsletters: the term of your subscription to the newsletter, until such time as you unsubscribe. 
  • Job applications: 2 years with effect from the most recent contact with the applicant. 
  • Management of client data: the duration of contractual relations, increased by three (3) years, for the purposes of organization and canvassing, notwithstanding obligations for the conservation of data and prescription periods. 
  • Management of data on prospects; a term of three (3) years with effect from the most recent contact with FINAL ADVANCED MATERIALS.

05/ PERSONAL RIGHTS

In accordance with (EU) Regulation n° 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, you have a right to request that the data processor provide access to personal data relating to yourselves, together with a right for the correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data. 

You also have a right, on legitimate grounds, to object to the processing of your personal data, together with a right to object to the use of your data for the purposes of commercial canvassing. 

Where data collection is based upon your consent, you may withdraw this consent at any time. Finally, you have the right to define general and particular instructions governing the manner in which you expect these rights to be exercised after your death. 

If, having contacted us, you are of the view that rights concerning your personal data have not been observed, you are entitled to submit a complaint to the National Commission for Data-processing & Civil Liberties (CNIL) or to the supervisory authority for your place of residence.
