Aramid Fibre Packings 400°C
Aramid Fibre Packings, up to 400 °C
100 % para-aramid fibre packings are produced from continuous fibres, which deliver excellent mechanical properties. The glass-fibre core of the packing improves its thermal and mechanical properties, together with its abrasion resistance. Packings retain their characteristics up to a continuous temperature of 350 °C and can withstand peak temperatures of 400 °C. Primarily used in the glass industry, they also show good resistance to chemical products and abrasion. They are mainly used in the glass industry and for insulation purposes.
Available in round sections, these products are supplied in various diameters, in the interests of optimum adaptation to every requirement.
