Biosoluble fibre blankets
Biosoluble fibre blankets are obtained from long fibres of alkaline earth silicate. Their high-temperature insulation performance is remarkable. With high thermal stability, they retain a flexible fibrous structure up to a temperature of 1200° C. They contain no binders or lubricants and emit no smoke or odour when heated. Aluminized blankets are available to improve the thermal properties of the sheets.
