Chopped Biosoluble Fibres 1,200 °C
Chopped Biosoluble Fibres, heat-resistant up to 1,200 °C
Biosoluble fibres are non-carcinogenic and a good insulation material. Their composition enables their dissolution by physiological fluids such as those found in the pulmonary alveoli. They are less biopersistent, meaning they are eliminated more easily by the body while maintaining their excellent fire protection and thermal insulation properties. The products made of this fibre are an ideal solution to replace products containing asbestos, ceramic fibre and mineral fibre.
The chopped biosoluble fibres provided by Final Advanced Materials offer great thermal resistivity. They can withstand classification temperatures up to 1,200 °C and operating temperatures up to 1,000 °C. A non-lubricated version of the loose fibre is available and is particularly suitable for vacuum moulding applications. The lubricated version can be used as filler or expansion joint. These products are also used in the industry for textile assembly.
Final Advanced Materials proposes chopped biosoluble fibres provided in short or extra long size.
